This book was published on 29 September. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;"><i>Somewhere out beyond the edge of the universe there is a library that contains an infinite number of books, each one the story of another reality. One tells the story of your life as it is, along with another book for the other life you could have lived if you had made a different choice at any point in your life. While we all wonder how our lives might have been, what if you had the chance to go to the library and see for yourself? Would any of these other lives truly be better?</i></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Nora Seed had lost her job and her wedding got cancelled two days just before scheduled date at the age of 35. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Nora finally decided to end her life and at that time she finds herself eponymous library which is managed by Mr. Elm, who is the librarian of that library.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The shelves in library has filled with identical looking books. Each of the book offering Nora a chance how would have her life changed if she had taken different decisions. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Nora starts checking all the books from the library one by one. She starts realising more and more about things she had done or decisions she had taken.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">At the end Nora gets back into life. Now she has changed totally after knowing more about herself and her decisions.</div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Midnight Library is one of the best Fantacy Fiction book I have read all these years. The book has arround 547 pages. I finished read this book in two sittings</span><span style="font-size: large;">. I enjoyed this book alot. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;">At the beginning I thought that The Midnight Library is all about the heavy regrets which Nora dwells, her sudden acts like cancellation of her marriage just before two days and at her teenage she told her dad that she doesn't wants to swim competitively, she walks away from successful band which she started with her brother and many more.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">With just brief visit of each of the lives she might have experienced if she had reversed her decisions to show her, there is no life which is so perfect and that regret is a wate of time. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">After this the book Midnight Library moves with the philosophical sessions with Mr. Elm. Here Nora explores more about her life and her decisions.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Matt haig has written many popular novels. The Midnight Library is a light touch fictional reworking. In The Midnight Library you can know Haig's thinking about heart, emotions, Mind and Souls recovery from deep depressive state which destroys life, dreams and ambitions. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The Midnight Library is not elegantly written but the plot has those page turning and engaging moments and also has great conversational dialogues which will amaze you. Also this book will show you the way of positive thinking.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">At the end, when Nora returns back into the world, she is now fully changed. She understood the meaning of life and the decisions she had taken throughout the life. </div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weaknesses of Midnight Library</span></h3><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-weight: normal;">I couldn't find any weakness in this book. The Midnight Library is the perfect example of finding your own happiness.</span></li></ul><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths of Midnight Library</span></h3><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">The concept of this book is very unique, like your going through all your mistakes and events of your life.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">This book teaches you to find happiness in your life.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">The Midnight Library opens up infinite possibilities for us.</span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes by Matt Haig</span></h3><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">If you aim to be something you are not, you will always fail. Aim to be you. Aim to look and act and think like you. Aim to be the truest version of you. Embrace that you-ness. Endorse it. Love it. Work hard at it. And don't give a second thought when people mock it or ridicule it. Most gossip is envy in disguise.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">A person was like a city. You couldn't let a few less desirable parts put you off the whole. There may be bits you don't like, a few dodgy side streets and suburbs, but the good stuff makes it worth-while.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">Between life and death there is a library, and within that library, the shelves go on forever. Every book provides a chance to try another life you could have lived. To see how things would be if you had made other choices… Would you have done anything different, if you had the chance to undo your regrets?</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">Sometimes just to say your own truth out loud is enough to find others like you.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">The thing that looks the most ordinary might end up being the thing that leads you to victory.</span></li></ul><span style="font-size: x-large;">Final Verdict</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Midnight Library is one of the best book of Matt Haig. This book teaches you to find self happiness and to learn from your mistakes. How your decisions drive your life is what you can learn from this book and how you should deal with your problems.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Midnight Library explains the story from the perspective of Nora Saeed. How she found her in Midnight Library and how her life changed after that. </span></div></div><span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /></span></div>Shopfunhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12822106743719556217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6401589955583757195.post-18615777269269859152020-11-16T11:07:00.003+05:302023-10-02T06:33:44.828+05:30The ONE THING by Gary Keller | Book Review<h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">The ONE THING by Gary Keller</span> </h3><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kXquRk7rD44/X7C5fb6l_sI/AAAAAAAAAwc/l9H6Kgkp-HU2bdp5dHfdkkJ-jBTDtOrQwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1000/Screenshot_20201115-104433-compressed.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1000" data-original-width="641" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kXquRk7rD44/X7C5fb6l_sI/AAAAAAAAAwc/l9H6Kgkp-HU2bdp5dHfdkkJ-jBTDtOrQwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Screenshot_20201115-104433-compressed.jpg" /></a></div><h3 style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Table of Contents</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Summary</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Overview</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Quotes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Final Verdict</span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Summary</span></h3></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The One Thing is one of the bestseller self-help book by Gary Keller. This book was published in 2012. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The One Thing simply ask you to focus on single thing or task at a time. We always tries to do too many things at once and we cannot possibly do them all at the same time.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now there is no such thing as a multitasking but even when you switch between one into another, you will not gonna get any results and this book will teach you to focus on single thing at a time.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The ONE Thing teaches us the consequences of what happens when you actually don't focus on one thing and also possibilities of what can happen if you do.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Gary Keller has given six lies between you and success,</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ol><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Everything Matters Equally</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Multitasking</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Disciplined life</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The Will power is always on will-call</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">A Balanced Life</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Big is Bad</span></li></ol><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><i><b>1. Everything Matters Equally</b></i></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">We all have that to do list, when we look at it, it has goals for the day, week, month or for year. But all of them are not equally important. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">We have given its own priorities to each and every task. Some of them need to be done right now and some of them could be done after sometime. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">This prioritisation helps us to focus on a single task. Not every task should be done at a same time.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><i><b>2. Multitasking</b></i></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">According to Gary Keller, this is another lie we keeps telling ourselves. There is no such thing as multitasking. You might be able to do multitask at the same time, but you can't focus on all of them at the same time. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><i><b>3. Disciplined Life</b></i></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">A<i> </i>discipline is not a necessary thing in life, but we must have good habits developed inside us. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Discipline makes you to act in specific way, remain on this way for long time and it will become a habit. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">If you want to be successful, then just develop good habits inside you. It takes arround 66 days to develop a habit. It takes time but it is necessary.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><i><b>4. The Will power is always on will-call</b></i></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">This is the biggest lie we have. When we tie our success to will power without understanding the meaning of it then, we are moving towards the failure.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">If you don't want to be failure, just focus on<i> The One Thing </i>throughout your day at a time.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><i><b>5. A Balanced Life</b></i></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">According to Gary Keller there is no such thing like a Balanced Life. In business work is dominant. Make your work time count. It should never be 50/50 of your work time count and personal time count.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Make your goals clear and prioritise your tasks and plan your both sides accordingly.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><i><b>6. Big is Bad</b></i></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">To achieve big success in life or to get your business more big, you need to think big accordingly. Keller don't want us to loose side of thinking big. Success requires action but it is only leaded by thinking big and having courage and commitment</span>.</div><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div><span style="font-size: medium;">The ONE Thing by Gary Keller is a little different book I have read these days. It took me two days to finish it off. The book has arround 240 pages. Yes the book is relatively small, but like I always says about self help books it is not about finishing the book, it is about understanding the plot and the thoughts of the writer and implementing it in our day to day life.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">If you can read only one book this time, then I will highly recommend you this book The ONE Thing by Gary Keller.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">The book has lots of characters. The book is engaging and well structured. The steps given in this book are practical and actionable. If anyone follow these things, I am sure that he/she will achieve his/her life goals for sure.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">The ONE Thing gives an extraordinary message that, instead of doing Multitasking, just focus on single task or single thing at a time, and you will achieve all your goals of your life.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">The Thing you have to focus at a time could be anything, you have to choose what is the most important task or thing to do next. Its like making your To Do list and listing your top priorities first and focusing on one at a time.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Gary Keller also talked about the six lies as mentioned earlier in book The One Thing.</span> These six lies are in between you and your success. You have to overcome from these lies in order to be successful.</div><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes From The One Thing</span></h3><div><ul><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Big thoughts go nowhere without bold action.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Until my ONE Thing is done, everything else is a distraction.</span></li><li><span color="rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)" style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">The people who achieve extraordinary results don't achieve them by working more hours, They achieve them by getting more done in the hours they work.</span></span></li><li><span color="rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)" style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">One 'Yes' must be defended over time by 1,000 'Nos.</span></span></li><li><span color="rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)" style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Multitasking is a lie.</span></span></li><li><span color="rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)" style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">A life worth living might be measured in many ways, but the one way that stands above all others is living a life of no regrets.</span></span></li><li><span color="rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)" style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">When you argue for your limitations, you get to keep them.</span></span></li><li><span color="rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)" style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be happy. Gary Keller asked us to choose this one Thing on a big level. He discovered the benifits of Thinking Big. This is a quiet old book published in 1998. Robert Kiyosaki's <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/08/what-everyone-must-learn-from-book-rich.html" rel="nofollow">Rich Dad Poor Dad</a></b> was a great success and this book also not an exception.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">According to Robert Kiyosaki, If you want to be rich then let money work for you rather than working for money. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">In Cashflow Quadrant, Robert Kiyosaki has explained the four ways with which people earns money. They are Employee, Business Owner, Sole proprietor and Investor.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Cashflow Quadrant is divided into three parts.</span><span> The first part is <i>Cashflow Quadrant</i>, the second one is <i>Bringing Out Best In You</i> and the last is <i>How To Become A Successful B and I.</i></span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Part 1. Cash Flow Quadrant</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Here Robert Kiyosaki explained Core differences between people in the four Quadrants. He explained why people attracted towards a certain Quadrant and stuck their without realising it. Part 1 will try to help you to identify in which Quadrant you are right now and where you yourself after five years.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Part 2. Bringing Out The Best In You</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This is about personal change. Its about who you have to be instead of what you have to do.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Part 3. How To Become A Successful B and I</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I think this is the most important part amongst the three parts. Here Robert Kiyosaki has given Seven Steps to find the individuals financial track. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 1: Its time for minding your own business.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 2: You have to take control of your cash flow</span><span>.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span>Step 3: Understand the difference between Risk and Risky</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span>Step 4: Decide What Kind of Investor you want to be</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span>Step 5: Look for Mentors</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span>Step 6: Make disappointment as your strength</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span>Step 7: The Power of Faith</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m7RROaUD_vI/X64mPoIN_TI/AAAAAAAAAwQ/jJ7yCjDul_Qj-kbuH7TXJtAVlcmUtly_gCLcBGAsYHQ/s1000/Screenshot_20201113-093755-compressed.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1000" data-original-width="631" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m7RROaUD_vI/X64mPoIN_TI/AAAAAAAAAwQ/jJ7yCjDul_Qj-kbuH7TXJtAVlcmUtly_gCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Screenshot_20201113-093755-compressed.jpg" /></a></div></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Cashflow Quadrant is one of the bestseller book of Robert Kiyosaki. I have been a biggest fan of this great author and businessman. They always have a new topic to teach you from their book and Cashflow Quadrant is no exception for that.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Cashflow Quadrant has arround 300 pages in it. I have finished this book in single seating but as I always says, you never finishes a self help book like this one. You keeps continuesly learning from these books. Its not just about reading it, but a continuous process of understanding what author wants to say.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert Kiyosaki has divided The Cashflow Quadrant in 3 parts like I have explained in summary. Each of the part has a new and different concepts to learn. I liked the way Robert Kiyosaki structured this book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert Kiyosaki has specified the four quadrants with letters E, B, S and I. </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NNR4Zar5jt4/X64lmOrXY4I/AAAAAAAAAwI/b2F5QhHVseMdto8np8aD_93YaDCl4OYsgCLcBGAsYHQ/s409/Screenshot_20201113-114850.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="406" data-original-width="409" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NNR4Zar5jt4/X64lmOrXY4I/AAAAAAAAAwI/b2F5QhHVseMdto8np8aD_93YaDCl4OYsgCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Screenshot_20201113-114850.png" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: left;"><br /></div><span style="font-size: medium;"><div style="text-align: justify;">He explained that, when E needs money he immediately starts looking for Job, they belive in security and they think a well position at Job will provide it. The S in the other hand will do something to earn money on their own. The person B starts buying things or system which will make more money and I is the person who invest in system to make more money.</div></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Here you can see the huge knowledge of Robert Kiyosaki about thought processes of different peoples. This is the best thing I like about Robert Kiyosaki.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now in the second part Robert Kiyosaki has explained how to become real you. Yeah sounds like something different but he mean to say understand yourself. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">He wrote on the thought process of a individual. Robert has also tried to motivate their readers by telling the beginning of their journey, like they had nothing when they started. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert stated money as a drug. He further adviced that, if you become addicted to it, its very hard to break that addiction then. Further</span><span style="font-size: large;"> he also asked readers to learn to find patterns.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">And at the last he asked to be the bank and not the banker. What Robert Kiyosaki exactly wants to suggest here is that, you should have your own assets. He also said that your Liabilities should paid by others. This is the point at the book which is my most favourite part from Cashflow Quadrant.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">At the end Robert Kiyosaki has beautifully given steps to be financially stable. He has given proper steps in simple language. You don't need to be a financial expert to understand these steps. This is the beauty of Robert Kiyosaki's book.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Cashflow Quadrant will definitely help you to be financially independent and stable.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Anyone can read this book, you don't need to be financial expert to read and understand this book.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Cashflow Quadrant is suitable for everyone regardless of what field they are in currently</span>.</li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes by Robert Kiyosaki</span></h3><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Success is a poor teacher</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">What do you think about me is not my business the important thing is what I think about myself</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">You will never know true freedom until you achieve financial freedom</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Thinking is the hardest work there is. That is why so few people engage in it.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Remember that anything important can't really be learned in the classroom. It must be learned by taking action, making mistakes, and then correcting them. That's when wisdom sets in.</span></li></ul></div><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Final Verdict</span></h3><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Cashflow Quadrant is one of the best book by Robert Kiyosaki. The was published 1998 but this doesn't matters, this book is and will be helpful in any year and time.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert Kiyosaki has explained how cash flow works in three chapters. Each chapter explains the concepts of cash flow in details.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">At the last he has given seven steps to find financial fast track they are:</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 1: Its time for minding your own business.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 2: You have to take control of your cash flow.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 3: Understand the difference between Risk and Risky</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 4: Decide What Kind of Investor you want to be</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 5: Look for Mentors</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 6: Make disappointment as your strength</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Step 7: The Power of Faith</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">So this is all about Cash flow by Robert Kiyosaki. Let me know your thoughts about this book in comments. This book was published in 12 May 2015. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We already have reviewed few books of Robert Kiyosaki you should check those also. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">If you don't know, Robert Kiyosaki has years of experience of Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point. He served in the United States Marine Corps. So he has huge knowledge and experience of Marines and Millitary Leadership.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This book uncovers the reason behind failures of New Entrepreneurs. Robert Kiyosaki has said that, In Business you always heard about ABC, Always Be Closing and in military its Always be Caring.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The caring should be in order of <i>Mission, Team and then Self</i></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert Kiyosaki has combined their Military Experience and knowledge of Business Strategies in this book. He has also included compelling stories, Examples and unique way of comparing two different cultures.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">According to the Robert Kiyosaki Training, Decipline and Leadership taught in the military services are also required in business Management.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert Kiyosaki kept this book short at arround 240 pages. I finished this book in single seating. Ok one more thing, you can't finish this book by reading it, rather it is a continuous process of understanding, what exactly Robert Kiyosaki wants to say through this book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">You may have seen many new entrepreneur who starts new business with a lot of excitement but few of them fails due to lack of knowledge and experience. This book has given 8 lessons so you won't fail when you starting a new business.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I like the way Robert Kiyosaki has compared both Business and Military strategies and management methods. From this I can say that, there many things arround us we just have to open our mind and should learn from these and improve ourselves with Kaizen technique. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now, what is difference between those who succeeded and those who failed? Robert Kiyosaki has given the answer, because of lack of certain skills and values. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Business is like a battle and you must keep fighting to win this battle. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span>This book is perfect for everyone regardless who they are and in what profession they are. Its simply about learning from military techniques and culture and applying those in business to to grow the business.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;">Quotes by Robert Kiyosaki</h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>If you are going to be an entrepreneur, selling is your most important skill,” he told me.</li><li>Leaders are people who invest the time to develop the ability to get the response they want</li><li><span style="background-color: white; color: #302119; font-family: Kazimir, Georgia, serif;">Poor leaders blame their workers. This book was published in April 2007 by Rick Riordan.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We have already seen in previous books that, Percy Jackson who is a half god and half human teams with his friends and helped Zeus in returning the Lightning Bolt. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">In 2nd books Percy Jackson went on a Quest where he saved his friend who was kidnapped and saved the fellow campers. Rick Riordan introduced new Monsters and Gods in that book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now The Titan's Curse is the 3rd installment of the Percy Jackson and The Olympians series of books. This basically is a sequel of <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/percy-jackson-olympians-2nd-book.html" target="_blank">The Sea Monsters</a>. </b>In this book Percy Jackson and his friends tries to bring two more gods to camp. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Their journey is not going to be easy though, because a dangerous monster stands in their path named as a Manticore, who is a half human and half lion. But Percy Jackson gets help from Hunters of Artemis. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">As the series of few events takes place due to which Annabeth goes missing along with the Manticore. Artemis decides to hunt for Manticore alone and ends with a chain of events. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">On the other hand Titans who are Father and Mothers of the god becoming more powerful to bring back Kronos their god and also King of Titan's.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now everything depends upon these Demigods. They must find and free Annabeth and Godess to stop titans before they bring back Kronos. </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TIOShsiB-2I/X6lGmwfkiLI/AAAAAAAAAvQ/FgdC0Ir8IIML9oJN0eNv4yEd-pbZk_3-gCLcBGAsYHQ/s1000/Screenshot_20201109-130520-compressed.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1000" data-original-width="652" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TIOShsiB-2I/X6lGmwfkiLI/AAAAAAAAAvQ/FgdC0Ir8IIML9oJN0eNv4yEd-pbZk_3-gCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Screenshot_20201109-130520-compressed.jpg" /></a></div></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I read this book few years back. I loved this book and the whole series. The Titan's Curse has arround 312 pages in it. I finished this book in single seating and I enjoyed this book alot. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The way Rick Riordan shaped Percy Jackson's Character is way too much better. As like other books of Rick Riordan, this book also moves with a perfect pace.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan introduced Hunters of Artemis for the first time. They are a band of teen age girls whom are remain eternal in the service of godess Artemis. Rick presented these Artemis as a very strong character in the story. There are also few other characters those are brought back by Rick. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This is one of the best fiction and fantasy stories. Rick Riordan explained everything in details, which give readers a better experience and understanding. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">In this book we can see many new Gods are interacting with Percy Jackson for the first time. This book also has a lot of action packed scenes along with those nail biting suspense moments. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan has introduced few new characters in this book. He did great work with the plot, as it has many ups and downs and twists and turns which are ready to amaze their readers. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Titan's curse again is the best example of friendship, trust, love and sacrifice. Our gods are getting mature and older but they are also rising as a perfect ones. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">As like his other books, The Titan's Curse is also a perfect blend of old Mythology and the Modern World. Rick Riordan perfectly balanced these two things throughout the plot. </span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weak Points</span></h3><div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I don't want to give you any spoiler, but their are few characters from this books those felt like annoying for me.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths</span></h3></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Titan's Curse or I should say whole series, Percy Jackson and The Olympians is perfect example of Friendship, Leadership, Sacrifices and many more.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The book is perfectly paced and also has those nail biting and exciting moments, so you won't get bored with this book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">He explained battle scenes like you are watching them right now and I can't explain this feeling in words.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan again showned his writing skills and imagination power. He has been succeeded in surprising readers.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes From The Titan's Curse</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Love conquers all," Aphrodite promised. "Look at Helen and Paris. Did they let anything come between them?" "Didn't they start the Trojan War and get thousands of people killed?" "Pfft. That's not the point. Follow your heart.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Ever had a flying burrito hit you? Well, it's a deadly projectile, right up there with cannonballs and grenades</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">The cafe windows wrapped all the way around the observation floor, which gave us a beautiful panoramic view of the skeleton army that had come to kill us.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">She said this in the same way you might say Fields of Punishment or Hades's gym shorts.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: times;">You're a stalker with hooves." </span>"I am not! I followed her to the Big House and hid in a bush and watched the whole thing</span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Final Verdict</span></h3></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Titan's Curse is a must read book. The battle scenes from the plot are explained with huge details, it felt like I am standing in those battlefield and watching everything happening with my own eyes. The books format is also easy to read.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><span style="font-size: x-large;"><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div></span></div><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p>Shopfunhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12822106743719556217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6401589955583757195.post-7072546052368739582020-11-07T16:56:00.002+05:302020-11-13T09:24:38.427+05:30Percy Jackson & The Olympians 2nd Book<h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan</span></h3><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-23ZETOT6E04/X6ZGgKdHIlI/AAAAAAAAAus/tcyQWiGFbr0JqFnDd8ST02DuVxZTz6nzgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1000/Screenshot_20201107-122609-compressed.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1000" data-original-width="720" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-23ZETOT6E04/X6ZGgKdHIlI/AAAAAAAAAus/tcyQWiGFbr0JqFnDd8ST02DuVxZTz6nzgCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Screenshot_20201107-122609-compressed.jpg" /></a></div><h3 style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Table of Contents</span></h3><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Summary</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Overview</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Weak-points of Sea Monster</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Strengths of Sea Monster</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Quotes by Rick Riordan</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Final Verdict </span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Summary</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Sea of Monsters is the second book of Percy Jackson book series. Rick Riordan published this book in 1 April 2006. People arround the world loved this 2nd book of the series.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We have already know that, How Percy Jackson gets to know about who he really is and about his father and mother. Percy Jackson teams up with his friends and brings back the Lightning Bolt of God Zeus. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Percy Jackson has to team up with his friends to save the world, the campers and his friend. A new attack on the campers sends Percy Jackson and his friends on a new quest. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Percy Jackson has teamed up with his old friend Annabeth and a new friend Tyson a strange one. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Percy Jackson must save Campers, his best friend Grover and retrieve greatest greek treasure The Golden Fleece. </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lk-AfSDogsw/X6aDsqL1znI/AAAAAAAAAu4/VtOFbJa_Ub8-Os8rl-vPvNc04n9Q4VNQgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1000/Screenshot_20201107-122648-compressed.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1000" data-original-width="716" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lk-AfSDogsw/X6aDsqL1znI/AAAAAAAAAu4/VtOFbJa_Ub8-Os8rl-vPvNc04n9Q4VNQgCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Screenshot_20201107-122648-compressed.jpg" /></a></div></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;">The Sea of Monsters is the second book of Percy Jackson series. This book has total 279 pages in it. I finished this book in single seating. The moves with a perfect pace, not too slow neither too fast. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The story of sea of monster starts in New York, where Percy is leaving with his mother. After knowing what happened in Camp the foursome leaves to the sea. </div></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The story continues from here by exploring the sea and its beauty and the troubles waiting for them. </div></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Now moving the plot of 2nd book of the series from New York is pretty impressive thought by Rick Riordan. Also the world based on greek mythology created by Rick Riordan is also impressive thing.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Lighting Thief had those action packed scenes, but in The Sea Monster Rick Riordan took the action sequences to the next level. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Rick Riordan also did great work on Percy's character. He is changed now, he is now grown mature and he is filled with lot more confidence now. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">You will miss the Grover's character in this book, because of he is the one who needs to be saved.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There is another character rising in this story, Tyson. He became's the important asset of this story, I will say without Tyson the story of Sea of Monsters is incomplete. </div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weak-points of Sea of Monsters</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I didn't liked Luke's character in this book. Rick Riordan should have explained him a little more deeper</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I felt that, Annabeth's character is feel like Hermione Granger from Harry Potter. I think It should have different and better than that.</span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths of Sea of Monsters</span></h3></div><div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li>Rick Riordan did a great job with Percy Jackson's Character. He is getting more mature than the previous one which feels amazing.</li><li>I also enjoyed Tyson's character. He helps Percy with the way he could. In need he also delivers important messages. </li><li>Sea of Monsters is also full of action scenes, with nail biting suspense.</li><li>Rick Riordan has introduced new Gods and Monsters in this book, which makes Sea of Monsters more interesting.</li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes and Lines From Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan</span></h3><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">I told Tantalus to go chase a doughnut</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Does truth have a moral?</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Powdered donuts," Tyson said earnestly. The excitement from the first book continues here also. This is a perfect paced story with funny dialogues and action scenes. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan perfectly blend this book with true Friendship, Love and Sacrifice. I read this book almost 6-7 years back and I was very impressed with this book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Lightning Bolt has arround 370 pages in it. The story starts with the introduction of Percy Jackson, like who he is and what he feels about it.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan did great job on pacing with this book. It feels perfectly paced while reading. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan has introduced new Magical World with Percy Jackson. It explores the complex world of Gods. It has a too many characters but it doesn't feel that confusing as like other such books.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan introduced each and every character with brief and with a unique way, so readers can understand this plot easily and can enjoy it.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The plot of The Lighting bolt is full of action sequences and nail biting suspense scenes, which will definitely force you to stick to the one place and read through it.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Percy Jackson is the story of a <i>Choosen Boy </i>who must fight against evil in order to save the world. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Percy Jackson is a perfect blend, it has suspense, thrill and is a perfect examples of Loyalty and Bravery. It has the combination of Greek Mythology and History with modern world.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Percy Jackson is the series of books which anyone can read. It feels like it is for young generation, but I think it is suitable for any age group. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Most of the peoples generally compares Percy Jackson with Harry Potter series, but I think this is not fare. I don't know why but it always hearts when you comes to and end to such a long series of book or a long story.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium; text-align: justify;">I was connected to the Apollo's character and now I know that there won't be any book in this series further. I was eagerly waiting for put my hands on this last book. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Tower of Nero has arround 416 pages. I finished this book in single seating, and I loved it. I am not giving you any spoiler of this book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Tower of Nero starts with, Apollo and Meg ambushed while traveling. They made a new aly after they got captured.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This is where you can feel Apollo's maturity and his Character development. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan brought all characters together when Apollo and Meg travels to camp half blood.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Tower of Nero is a fast paced book. When they reach to camp half blood they only has 48 hours to defeat Nero. It is also a action packed book bit it has few comedy and funny moments which makes it a perfect blend.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan has also garnished Meg's character in this book. She's now totally transformed in the journey from The Hidden Oracle to tower of Nero.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan did a fantastic work with The Trials Of Apollo book series. I haven't read his other books yet but I can say that he has that talent to write a perfect Mythalogical Fantasy stories.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Obviously Rick Riordan brought happy ending for our hero "Apollo". As Rick Riordan has already finished building Apollo's character in last book that is The Tyrant's Tomb, Apollo looks fully matured from the beginning of this book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">God Zeus punishes Apollo and cast out him from Olympus. Readers will emphasized with his character as he learnt about true friendship and the sacrifices. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Tower Nero has that epic clashes between evil and good. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">There aren't any weak points of The Tower of Nero.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strength of The Tower of Nero</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Character building of Apollo is awesome.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">You will get that typical happy ending.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The plot is filled with action scenes and those nail biting moments.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes From The Tower of Nero by Rick Riordan</span></h3><div><ul><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">No story ever ends, does it? It just leads into others</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">So, dear reader, we have come to the end of my trials. You have followed me through five volumes of adventures and six months of pain and suffering. By my reckoning, you have read two hundred and ten of my haiku. Like Meg, you surely deserve a reward. What would you accept? I am fresh out of unicorns. However, anytime you take aim and prepare to fire your best shot, anytime you seek to put your emotions into a song or poem, know that I am smiling on you. We are friends now. Call on me. I will be there for you.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">At last, as the sun went down, Meg seemed to understand it was time for me to leave. “You’ll come back?” she asked. “Always,” I promised. “The sun always comes back</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Call on me. This last book is the most awaited one. The Tower of Nero is the perfect blend of nostalgic moments with character building and action pack scenes.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I am curious and excited about what Rick Riordan planning next. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Share this if Liked 😊</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><p></p>Shopfunhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12822106743719556217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6401589955583757195.post-151391451386734032020-11-02T12:17:00.003+05:302020-11-07T18:51:04.723+05:30The Trials Of Apollo | The Tyrant's Tomb<h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">The Trials of Apollo: The Tyrant's Tomb by Rick Riordan</span></h3><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ra2uZI04qSg/X5uPPvKX8ZI/AAAAAAAAAtM/i8fa5pN5PJg-L3CTctnp8BzfqLmWKlZQQCLcBGAsYHQ/s500/images%2B%252850%2529.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="500" data-original-width="500" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ra2uZI04qSg/X5uPPvKX8ZI/AAAAAAAAAtM/i8fa5pN5PJg-L3CTctnp8BzfqLmWKlZQQCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/images%2B%252850%2529.jpeg" /></a></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: x-large;">Table of Contents</span></h3></div><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Summary</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Overview</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Weak Points</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Strengths</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Quotes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Final Verdict</span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Summary</span></h3></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Tyrant's Tomb is the fourth book of The Trials Of Apollo Series by Rick Riordan. Trials of Apollo is the series of 5 books and this is the second last book of series. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Tyrant's Tomb was published just year before, 24 September 2019.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">If you have read previous three books of the series then you know that, The God Zeus punished God Apollo and sends him to the mortal world. God Apollo is a mortal teenager now. Apollo has to go through few trials in order to regain his rightful place on the mount Olympus.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Apollo made few friends in the mortal world and they helped them in his quest. Apollo previously rescued few oracles from darkness and restored them back. He fought against Labyrinth and rescued those oracles back. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">You can read about these books here,</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/book-review-trial-of-apollo-by-rick.html" rel="nofollow">Trials of Apollo The Hidden Oracle</a></b></span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/book-review-trials-of-apollo-dark.html" rel="nofollow">Trials of Apollo The Dark Prophecy</a></b></span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/the-burning-maze-3rd-book-of-trials-of.html" rel="nofollow">Trials of Apollo The Burning Maze</a></b></span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/5th-book-of-trials-of-apollo-tower-of.html" rel="nofollow">The Trials Of Apollo The Tower of Nero</a></b></span></li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now in The Tyrant's Tomb Apollo must travel to camp Jupiter, where he has to learn what is to be a hero and die trying.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Camp Jupiter is the San Fransisco bay area, where ever gods are preparing last stand against the evil Roman Emperors. Apollo has already faced worst enemies than these. </span></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;">The Tyrant's Tomb is the 4th book of The Trials Of Apollo Series of books. Rick Riordan has almost finished with Apollo's narrative and his character development is also finished with this book. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Readers can feel Apollo's transition from 1st book i.e. I am the most powerful god to the most humble Human. Now he is a fully grown person. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">In Rick Riordan's books there is always a fight of Good against Bad or God against Evil, and The Tyrant's Tomb is no exception for this. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">He successfully made a fusion of the Historical and Mythological figures from the past hundred centuries and crafted it in a action packed, well written series of books or a long story we can say.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Rick Riordan has successfully balanced multiple story arcs throughout his various stories. He always comes up with new characters and made them as to lead the story. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The story of the trials of Apollo series focuses on the self centred, arrogant god and what happens when he lost his position and power and I think this makes Trials of Apollo series of books more intresting.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">How Apollo deals with the things and situation caused by his doings and mistakes is amazing. Rick Riordan imagined and pictured everything with an interesting way and this is what I liked more about his writting.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The concept Rick Riordan comes up with that is "Even Gods Will Pay For Their Mistakes". Apollo realised this in the first three books if trials of Apollo series.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In The Tyrant's Tomb Apollo get to realised that how Thoughtless and Cruel he has been in past and now he tries to fix everything he did in past.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Jason Grace showed true selflessness to Apollo with his death. Someone is sacrificing their lives to save this Immortal* god makes Apollo emotional. He finds true meaning of Friends and the importance of people's arround him in his life.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Now apart from making Apollo a great human being or a great god, war against Roman Emperor Nero, Caligula and Commodus continues. Apollo and Meg warns about attack of Caligula and Commodus.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Here in The Tyrant's Tomb, Rick Riordan brought back characters of Frank Zang and Hazel Levesque from the Heros of Olympus series of books.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If you have already read novels from Rick Riordan, you probably know that Rick Riordan never hesitate to kill good or positive characters of the story.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Tyrant's Tomb is all about how these Demigod will face their biggest fear and how will they overcome from it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Rick Riordan introduced a new character in Tyrant's Tomb, Lavinia Asimov who is a Roman Demigod.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Rick Riordan made Lavinia Asimov's character Courageous and Heroic and that what readers should looking for. Rick Riordan has always something to surprise their readers.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">As like previous installments of the Trials of Apollo series, In The Tyrant's Tomb Rick Riordan filled the plot with some great action packed scenes. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The Tyrant's Tomb is the masterpiece by the Rick Riordan. The plot not only has action scenes but the development of characters will leave readers surprised. No can predict what is going to happen next, which character will leave which one will die.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In this book of 420 pages, Rick Riordan explained true meaning of Friendship, Love, Sacrifice and Loss. I finished this book in single sitting, and I believe that you will also do so, because once you started reading this book you won't stop before finishing it.</div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weak Points</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">This not a weakness but still I felt like, Killing Characters in each story isn't necessary thing, liks Rick Riordan has done in this book also.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">I felt this book as very slow paced. (Thats totally my view)</span></li></ul></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan</span><span style="font-size: x-large;"> </span><span style="font-size: medium;">has build Apollo's character in a great ways.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">In The Tyrant's Tomb also Rick Riordan combined action packed scenes and emotional scenes together which makes a perfect blend for a story.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The Transition of Apollo's character has done perfectly by Rick Riordan.</span></li></ul></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes From The Tyrant's Tomb</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">How do you tell a dream from a nightmare? If it involves a book burning , it's probably a nightmare</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Have you completely made up for all the bad things you've done? No. But you keep adding to the good things column. That's all any of us can do</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">If I'm going to burn, I might as well burn bright. This is for Jason</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Goodbye, Apollo,' said the Sibyl's voice, clearer now. 'I forgive you. Not because you deserve it. Not for your sake at all. But because I will not go into oblivion carrying hate when I can carry love.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Each person's grief has its own life span; it needs to follow its own path</span></li></ul></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Final Verdict</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Tyrant's Tomb is the masterpiece by Rick Riordan. In this book Rick finally finished building Apollo's character. The transition of God Apollo is also done by a perfect way. Standing against the Roman emperor, gets him one step closer to regain his rightful place and power. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">After this Apollo just has to give a final trial in order to regain his powers and place as a god, and that will be the last book of Trials of Apollo series.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Let me know how you liked this review and trials of Apollo series in comments.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Thank You 😊</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /></span></div>Shopfunhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12822106743719556217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6401589955583757195.post-73758126601525193762020-10-30T16:18:00.003+05:302020-11-10T10:26:47.068+05:30The Millionaire Booklet by Grant Cardone<h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">The Millionaire Booklet: How to Get Super Rich by Grant Cardone</span></h3><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-LDNp77TjKX8/X5uRa9xNu4I/AAAAAAAAAtY/fRko3VeYt9I-1QKyex0pv_2_1P3AMtmEACLcBGAsYHQ/s554/images%2B%252851%2529%257E2.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="554" data-original-width="357" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-LDNp77TjKX8/X5uRa9xNu4I/AAAAAAAAAtY/fRko3VeYt9I-1QKyex0pv_2_1P3AMtmEACLcBGAsYHQ/s320/images%2B%252851%2529%257E2.jpeg" /></a></div><div style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This is what Grant Cardone said about The Millionaire Booklet</span></div><div style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" class="BLOG_video_class" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/OcCr6zsFtkE" width="320" youtube-src-id="OcCr6zsFtkE"></iframe></div></div><h3 style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Table of Contents</span></h3><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Summary</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Overview</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Quotes by Grant Cardone</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Final Verdict</span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Summary</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Grant Cardone just came up with this book <i style="font-weight: bold;">The Millionaire Booklet. </i>This book published in 2016. Grant Cardone strictly sticked to the topic he promised to be shared in this book of 49 pages.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: times; font-size: medium;">I recommend this book to everyone who wants to be millionaire and achieve a great success in their life. I personally think that "Millionaire" is just a term used by Grant Cardone in The Millionaire Booklet, you can achieve limitless goal with these steps.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Don't read this book just because anyone recommended you, read this book to bring a positive change in your life.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: times; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Let me know your thoughts about this book in comments. Rick Riordan published this book in 1st May 2018. This one is the most awaited book of the series. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The first two books of the series are:</span></div><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/book-review-trial-of-apollo-by-rick.html">Trials of Apollo Hidden Oracle</a></b></span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/book-review-trials-of-apollo-dark.html">Trials of Apollo The Dark Prophecy</a></b></span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/4th-book-of-trials-of-apollo-tyrants.html" rel="nofollow">The Trials Of Apollo The Tyrant's Tomb</a></b></span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/5th-book-of-trials-of-apollo-tower-of.html" rel="nofollow"><b>The Trials Of Apollo: The Tower of Nero</b></a></span></li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We have seen previously that, God Zeus punished god Apollo and sends him to the mortal world, were he lost his power and knowledge he had as a god. He met new peoples in mortal world and make friends. Now in order to regain his position and power he has to go through few trials.</span></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We have seen that as the part of his trials he rescued Oracles from the darkness and restored them back. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Burning Maze is the 3rd installment of Trials of Apollo book series by Rick Riordan. Apollo must now start journey to the Labyrinth, that has a burning maze at its centre and it contains oracle, by rescuing that oracle Apollo may return to his rightful place.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">But this task is not going to be easy for Lester(Apollo). Labyrinth who is a Third Roman Emperor, which is part of a group of three Roman rulers bent on death and destruction, who's a biggest threat in Apollo's path. Apollo (Lester) has the key to bring peace in mortal and immortal world.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I waited for this book for long time and finally when I got my hands on it I disappointed a bit. I was expecting more from Rick Riordan in The Burning Maze.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Burning Maze is a off pace plot. Usually Rick Riordan does great work with pace but The Burning Maze I felt something off. As like the other books of Rick Riordan you will get those great action sequences. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan starts the book Burning Maze with a perfect Intense scene with "Meg,Grower, and Apollo escaping through Labyrinth from a bunch of strikes". The Burning Maze is full of such action sequences. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">As like previous books in The Burning Maze also I liked Apollo's narration. Apollo's character keep growing up in burning maze too. From A immortal god to a normal human, his journey is still continues. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan has given a funny touch to his character (actually it feels funny to readers) like he still don't have an idea about "How to Fight without his Powers". </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Piper has returned in the burning maze. Rick Riordan hasn't experimented too much with her character and I liked that. Piper becomes an important character in Apollo's journey. I think Apollo may not be survived without her. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan has also covered "Meg's" backstory in this book. I always had a soft spot about Meg's character throught this series. I liked that, Rick Riordan has ability to make side characters memorable. Unlike other stories I generally don't remember side characters. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I liked the way that all prophesies from different oracles are delivered in different forms.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I enjoyed this book alot. I waited to read this book for a long time, I am satisfied with what Rick Riordan came up with.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weakness of The Burning Maze</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li>I think Rick Riordan overdose few things like pop culture refrences.</li><li>I think this book is suffering from something we called "Middle Book Syndrome"</li><li>This is a off space book</li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths Of The Burning Maze</span></h3><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">As like other books of Rick Riordan, I liked the narration of Apollo</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Rock Riordan also covered the back story of Meg which will help you to understand her character in deep</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan included few famous characters in The Burning Maze, which made this book more interesting.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quotes from The Burning Maze</span></h3></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Pain is an interesting thing. You think you have reached your limit and you can’t possibly feel more tortured. Then you discover there is still another level of agony. And another level after that</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Remember what it's like to be human,</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Power makes good people uneasy rather than joyful or boastful. That’s why good people so rarely rise to power</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">The people who deserved to die took forever to do so. Those who deserved to live always went too soon</span></li><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">I would be Apollo. I would remember</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-family: times; font-size: x-large;">Final Verdict</span></h3></div><div><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">I liked the way Rick Riordan continued this series of books. May be Trials of Apollo is the first series of book I want to complete as early as possible, I can't wait to see what is going to happen next and thats the beauty of Rick Riordan's writtings.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">In The Burning Maze, Apollo's character more grown. He is completing one by one challenges to regain his rightful place. He successfully rescues those Oracles and take one more step closer to his rightful place.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">I can't wait to read 4th book of Trails of Apollo series. I will come up with review of that book also, once I finished it.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Share if you liked this review 😊</span></div></div>Shopfunhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12822106743719556217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6401589955583757195.post-71203821732899104082020-10-23T10:23:00.005+05:302020-11-03T21:17:10.801+05:30Book Review | Trials of Apollo Dark Prophecy<h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Trials of Apollo: The Dark Prophecy by Rick Riordan</span></h3><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-BLTHxiepHE8/X5JI0kBbgCI/AAAAAAAAAr0/NVn8z6Pg4bsa7KaMK7S0uyJSp4yk_GzcACLcBGAsYHQ/s554/images%2B%252836%2529.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="554" data-original-width="554" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-BLTHxiepHE8/X5JI0kBbgCI/AAAAAAAAAr0/NVn8z6Pg4bsa7KaMK7S0uyJSp4yk_GzcACLcBGAsYHQ/s320/images%2B%252836%2529.jpeg" /></a></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: xx-large;">Table of Contents</span></h3><div style="text-align: left;"><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Summary</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Overview</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Weakness of The Dark Prophecy</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Strengths of The Dark Prophecy</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Quotes from The Dark Prophecy</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Short Story</span></li></ul><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan on Trials of Apollo: Dark Prophecy</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" class="BLOG_video_class" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/9YllqjxuCJU" width="320" youtube-src-id="9YllqjxuCJU"></iframe></div></div></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Summary</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Dark Prophecy is the second book of Trials of Apollo book series. Rick Riordan came up with this in 2 May 2017. Trials of Apollo book series made Rick Riordan as New York Times bestselling author.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">As if you have read first book of the series, <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/book-review-trial-of-apollo-by-rick.html">The Hidden Oracle</a> </b>we saw that God Zeus sends God Apollo into the Mortal world as a teenage boy to punish him for his mistakes. Now Apollo has to go through trials to prove himself, and all of these things he has face without his power and knowledge that he had as a god. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Trials of Apollo <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/the-burning-maze-3rd-book-of-trials-of.html" rel="nofollow">The Burning Maze</a></b> is the 3rd book of the series. And the 4th book is The <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/4th-book-of-trials-of-apollo-tyrants.html" rel="nofollow">Trials of Apollo The Tyrant's Tomb</a>. <a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/5th-book-of-trials-of-apollo-tower-of.html" rel="nofollow">The Trials Of Apollo: The Tower of Nero </a></b>is last one.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Prophecy continuous with the story, that were left in the Hidden Oracle. Now after all these events happened in previous book, Now Apollo has to Reclaim the rightful place on the mount Olympus, and to do so he must restore several oracles that has gone dark. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Apollo must find the source thats affecting the oracle and fight with it in order to save those Oracles. </span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Dark Prophecy is one of the book which I was very eager to read. Rick Riordan published this book just after a year the Hidden Oracle was published.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Hidden Oracle has arround 528 pages in it. I read this book in just one sitting. I don't know when did last time I read such a book in just one sitting, and that is the beauty of Rick Riordan's writtings. The Dark Prophecy also be successful in sticking people to the one single place.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Dark Prophecy also has those nail biting events which will amaze and surprise you at the same time. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">As you make progress with this series of books, you can easily connect with the character of Apollo and can feel ups and downs in his journey.</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QA_N9MkahmA/X5JdHWp5dDI/AAAAAAAAAsA/h1nMGw4Emscw6Qd9ANb6LLEu8cR8xJU7QCLcBGAsYHQ/s569/images%2B%252838%2529_2-compressed.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="569" data-original-width="437" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QA_N9MkahmA/X5JdHWp5dDI/AAAAAAAAAsA/h1nMGw4Emscw6Qd9ANb6LLEu8cR8xJU7QCLcBGAsYHQ/w246-h320/images%2B%252838%2529_2-compressed.jpg" width="246" /></a></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now comming back to The Dark Prophecy, Rick Riordan did a great job with this book also. It is filled with action pack scenes, that cheese chasing and many more. You won't feel bored with this book.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">In Dark Prophecy, Rick Riordan introduced few new characters and new (really cool) locations. Rick Riordan yet not finished with building Apollo's character. That Arrogant, and foolish Apollo has changed now and has grown alot.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan also introduced a different perspective of Apollo's character in Dark Prophecy. I mean it feels very funny how he sees the mortal world(as he was a god once) and how clumsy he is, when he his Lester. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Apollo's character sometimes reminds me the Character of Lucifer. I know, I am not comparing both but still I felt like that. I don't know the exact reason behind this feeling but it feels like him.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I almost forgot about the '<i>Meg's</i> character. Yep she is still a part of story. Rick Riordan drawn her character like she is cool but as well as weird too. No one can predict what she will do and what she is thinking. Meg is always ready to surprise you. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Dark Prophecy has also characters from other books of Rick Riordan like from Percy Jackson. I liked the way Rick included characters from other books and stories in Trials of Apollo series. I think the fusion works well with this book also. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">You can feel the amazing writting skills of Rick Riordan in this book also. He knows his job well and is always successful in it. </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FTRKTF_FULs/X5JdfrvEnUI/AAAAAAAAAsI/71GyEJB2XwIQt4mjnDfZsquylfHeeRfnwCLcBGAsYHQ/s646/images%2B%252837%2529-compressed.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="475" data-original-width="646" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FTRKTF_FULs/X5JdfrvEnUI/AAAAAAAAAsI/71GyEJB2XwIQt4mjnDfZsquylfHeeRfnwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/images%2B%252837%2529-compressed.jpg" width="320" /></a></div></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weakness from The Dark Prophecy</span></h3><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Ok, this not a weakness of the book but still I felt like the end of the book could be better than this.(May be I am expecting too much from the book, because previous book was really awesome)</span>.</div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths of The Dark Prophecy</span></h3><div style="text-align: left;"><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Its a perfect action pack, and thriller story</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The book is fast-paced, suspenseful and mysterious one. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;"> The way Rick Riordan transits the arrogant Apollo into mature one is what I liked the most.</span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Some Quotes From The Dark Prophecy</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We only fail when we stop trying</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">It's not how long you live that matters. In 2nd book The Dark Prophecy, Rick Riordan continued the story of God Apollo. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This time Apollo seems to be grown up. He wants his place back on the mount Olympus with his all powers and knowledge. In order to do so he must save several oracles that has gone dark. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">How Apollo is going to do this? Will Meg will continue to stay with him in this journey? I already have read few books written by this great businessman. Their books have always something unique to teach their readers. Like in Rich dad poor dad or in their other books.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert Kiyosaki's is mainly know for their novel <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/08/what-everyone-must-learn-from-book-rich.html">Rich Dad Poor Dad</a></b>. Also their other novels got too much fame and attention by readers, like <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/09/what-you-can-learn-from-robert-kiyosaki.html">Fake: Fake Money Fake Teacher and Fake Assets</a></b>. You can read about both of these on our blog.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><b>Second Chance</b> was published in 6 January 2015. This is the latest book of Robert Kiyosaki. They haven't come up with their next book yet. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">In Second Chance Robert Kiyosaki explained their financial view on Past, Present and Future. He has also elaborated few concepts from Rich Dad Poor Dad. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Robert Kiyosaki divided this book in three sections: Past, Present and Future. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">In the Section of <i>Past</i>, Robert Kiyosaki has represented the problems with our current world and our current situations. He then explained what actions should be taken in present to overcome the past and achieve the goal to reach financial independence in <i>Present</i> section. In <i>Future</i> section he presented the plans to accomplish our desires in future. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Second Chance basically ask you to prepare for crysis and shows the way to do the same.</span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Second Chance is one of the finest book by Robert Kiyosaki. I think if you want to improve your wealth condition then you must follow the steps and rules told by Robert Kiyosaki in Second Chance.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">As we all know about Robert Kiyosaki, he again questioned our current education system and our taxation methods. He also questioned current monetary systems. </span></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">According to Robert United states runs on the Engine of Middle Class. Middle class plays the measure part in USAs growth. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Robert Kiyosaki didn't stopped there, according to him there are two types of people, one who has more assets and other who has high paying jobs. One works for money and in other case Money works for the one.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Now in further plot, Robert Kiyosaki covered few terms from their other book like Rich Dad Poor Dad. The difference between assets and liabilities and other stuffs.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Robert Kiyosaki asked their readers to go out and invest in assets rather than liabilities. He also introduced new concepts like Boomerang Generation, Cooperation Vs Compitition, General Principle of Ephemeralization and many more.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Robert Kiyosaki also explained the concept of Cash Flow in details.</div><blockquote style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px; padding: 0px;"><h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: large;">2. They are also an international hero. Nelson Mandela fought for racial equality in South Africa won him the Nobel Peace Prize and the presidency of their country.</span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">A Long Walk To Freedom is an autobiography of Nelson Mandela. Nelson Mandela is one of the greatest moral leaders of the world. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">A Long Walk To Freedom was published in 1995. Nelson Mandela was the first black president of the South Africa. This autobiography was published just year after South Africa's first democratic elections made, and Nelson Mandela became the first black president of South Africa. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: times;">Nelson Mandela begins this book with description of their genealogy, It has intended to silent rumours that he has a inborn claim to kingship of the Xhosa people. These are one of the South Africa's largest cultural groups.</span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: times;">After that Nelson Mandela describes about their early childhood. They said that they spend their childhood in practicing traditional Xhosa fightings and herding cattle. </span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Nelson Mandela's father sent him in school. Which was a privilege for a kid in their village. His Uncle paid for their education at a series of elite boarding schools.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Nelson Mandela described about their young adulthood and their journey to a leader of south Africa's freedom movement in next two sections. They moved to Johannesburg and became active in the ANC (African National Congress). ANC was the organisation which were fighting for rights of black south Africans.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">We all knows that south africa had been ruled by racial laws for long time, but this situation changed in 1948 and became worst when conservative National party came into power. After that National party expanded the South Africa's racist law by creating a system of apartheid.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Black South Africans prevented by this Apartheid law from leaving tiny reservations unless they have a pass or document that proves that they have employment in white area. There were many other restrictions for black peoples like they can't ride all white buses, can't enter in all white areas, or even can't seat with white friends for dinner. There were also seperate education system created for these peoples.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Nelson Mandela further described how ANC and other organisations mobilized against apartheid by starting a campaign in 1951. During this campaign Nelson Mandela and other volunteers peacefully broke <span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">apartheid laws and went to prison. This action helped them gaining the protestors attention.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Mandela said this campaign helps in increasing determination and communication between south Africa's many freedom organizations. </span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;">A Long Walk to remember is a huge book with 645 pages. I think the pace of book is little slow. But when you start reading this book you will generate that urge to finish this book in a single sitting.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">A Long Walk To Freedom by Nelson Mandela is one of the best inspirational book. It amazed me when I finished this book. It left me surprised and filled my mind with a different inspirational thoughts. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">A Long Walk To Freedom starts with the information about Nelson Mandela's family and about their education. Nelson Mandela</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">named as ‘Rolihlahla’ which means ‘troublemaker’,in the childhood. Here you can see the rebel in him since his childhood.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">The structure of book is very perfect, which explains various stages of Nelson Mandela's life. It easy to see Nelson Mandela's transition from innocent child to educated young man and to a lawyer who learns that violent protest is the only way to earn independence.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Nelson Mandela gives a speech in a court during trial is must read one. You must check that speech and read it.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">I simply loved Nelson Mandela's thoughts. In the last paragraph of his book he said<i><u> </u></i></span><span style="text-align: left; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;"><i><u>I have walked that long road to freedom. I have tried not to falter; I have made missteps along the way. But I have discovered the secret that after climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb. I have taken a moment here to rest, to steal a view of the glorious vista that surrounds me, to look back on the distance I have come. But I can rest only for a moment, for with freedom come responsibilities, and I dare not linger, for my long walk is not yet ended. </u></i></span></span></div><div style="text-align: left;">It is little difficult to write an autobiography without making it only about self importance and Nelson Mandela did this gratefully. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Nelson Mandela conveyed their emotions such that they make the readers emphasis with them and their fellow men's suffering. You can experience the genuine rage of Nelson Mandela for whites. </div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">My Favourite Quotes From A Long Walk to Freedom by Nelson Mandela</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">I am fundamentally an optimist. Whether that comes from nature or nurture, I cannot say. Part of being optimistic is keeping one's head pointed toward the sun, one's feet moving forward. That way lays defeat and death</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. The Hidden Oracle is the first book of the series. This is going to be best series of books I have ever Reviewed. It took a whole year to complete this series. <br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">The Hidden Oracle is 1st book of Apollo series. The book was published in 3rd May 2016. The trial of opollo series has total 4 books. You can read about 2nd book of Trials of Apollo here <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/book-review-trials-of-apollo-dark.html">The Dark Prophecy</a> </b>The 3rd book of Trials of Apollo series is <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/the-burning-maze-3rd-book-of-trials-of.html" rel="nofollow">The Burning Maze</a></b>. 4th Book of the series is <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/4th-book-of-trials-of-apollo-tyrants.html" rel="nofollow">Trials Of Apollo The Tyrant's Tomb</a> and <a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/11/5th-book-of-trials-of-apollo-tower-of.html" rel="nofollow">The Trials Of Apollo: The Tower of Nero</a> </b>is last one.<br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">Trial of Apollo is the story of God Apollo. This story takes place after god Zeus punishes the god Apollo. A <i>Four Thousand Year Old God </i>is now just a normal teenager boy. <br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">Apollo must go through few trials and punishments as the result of few mistakes he made in past. In order to restore his legacy and rightful he he must pass these tests and trials. <br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">In this journey Apollo will make more enemies but will also blessed with true friends and love, which will help him to fight against the evil. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">When Zeus sends Apollo on the earth, he wakes up in a dumpster and finds himself in situation where two bullying teenagers attacked him a young girl named as Meg came into the scene saves him. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now Apollo is in the mortal world he barely remembers about his power and his knowledge as a god. So he has to live as a normal heman being. </span></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview of Trial of Apollo</span></h3><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Trial of Apollo is first book of the series. Rick Riordan is famous for writting books like these. His other books like Percy Jackson are famous amongst all age groups. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The writing of Trial of Apollo is fast paced and action packed. The book is small and has only arround 384 pages in it. Rick Riordan included few familiar faces like Percy and Rachel in this book.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">You don't need to read old books of Rick Riordan to understand the characters of Trial of Apollo.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The plot of The Trial of Apollo is set in the same world as like Percy Jackson was in. When I was first heard of these series, I was very excited band curious about this new world by Rick Riordan. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Because of the Olympus series of books by Rick Riordan, it is difficult to understand the concepts or thought process of parents of these gods. </span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gi4J8Fnoxog/X4lG9NbltEI/AAAAAAAAArE/styy-13i86wkwhOjVQqN198dSbLKWItOwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1370/Screenshot_20201016-123654%257E2.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1370" data-original-width="962" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gi4J8Fnoxog/X4lG9NbltEI/AAAAAAAAArE/styy-13i86wkwhOjVQqN198dSbLKWItOwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Screenshot_20201016-123654%257E2.png" /></a></div><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Trial of Apollo has a first person narrative. Rick Riordan manage to build the character of Apollo with a beet way. The Apollo of Hidden Oracle is the one which remembers you, how it feels like to be divine, loose your own abilities and powers, and stuck into the mortal body( as you were living a life of Immortal from long enough time). </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The way Rick Riordan scripted this transformation that Apollo's character going through amazed me. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The narration of Trial of Apollo is the centre of attraction. It is filled with both funny and arrogance. It has the touch of that old greek style of writing. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Apollo goes through a huge and appreciable transformation in his journey of self-centred god to sympathetic and in a best friend. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now their is one more important character in the plot of Hidden Oracle amd that is <b style="font-style: italic;">Meg. </b>I don't to spoil your suspense and curiosity so I will just talk little about this character. I became very emotional and felt sad for her grief. There are many twists and turns comming for you in this book.</span></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths of Hidden Oracle</span></h3><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The characterisation of this book is very impressive</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Rick Riordan explained character of Apollo briefly so readers won't feel it to difficult in understanding.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The plot of the book is fast paced and filled with many twists and turns which are enough to thrill their readers.</span></li></ul><h4><span style="font-size: medium;">Few quotes from Trial of Apollo by Rick Riordan</span></h4><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Nothing is more tragic than loving someone to the depths of your soul and knowing they cannot and will not ever love you back.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Yep, that pretty much describes my life: because Poseidon</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Things can turn out differently, Apollo. That's the nice thing about being human. We only have one life, but we can choose what kind of story it's going to be</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">He faced us. “You hear that, guys? A batch of cookies is depending on me. If you get me killed on the way to camp, I am going be ticked off</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Not all monsters were three-ton reptiles with poisonous breath. Many wore human faces</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Closing Summary</span><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></h3><p></p><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">Trial of Apollo is the series of four books by Rick Riordan. The Hidden Oracle is the first book of the series.</span></div><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><div style="text-align: justify;">In this book, Rick Riordan build a character of Apollo from he Zeus abandoned him. There is a reason why her name is getting popular among the readers. She came up with Station Eleven almost 6 years ago. Station Eleven was published in September 2014. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Emily St John Mandel published her latest novel The Glass Hotel this year. You can read review of <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/book-review-glass-hotel-by-emily-st.html">The Glass Hotel</a></b> here.<br /></span>Station Eleven is the fourth novel by Emily St John Mandel. The book was also short listed in National book Awards for Fiction. The plot of this book is about a pandemic situation. A flue that is going to spread and will create a pandemic situation in the world. This flue will wipe out the majority of population.<br />How this pandemic situation will affect the world is what Emily tries to tell in this book. She tried to tell her readers how you can find peace and happiness even in tough situations like Pandemic flue. </p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview of Station Eleven</span></h3><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">At the very beginning of the book Station Eleven, there is a stage play of king lear. But the tragic things happens during the performance. A celebrity collapses during the performance and dies. And this is the start of the Pandemic. The flue takes its first soul. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This becomes the outbreak of a super flue that begins from Toranto and explodes like a nuclear weapon. This is very shocking when readers will come to know that 99% of population affected because of this deadliest flue.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The book Station Eleven speaks about the out break of flue and then how world is reshaping after few years of this outbreak. Arthur becomes the famous character and at the other hand Kristin's post apocalyptic life is the main narrative of the Station Eleven. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We can see that this pandemic situation affected the life of Kristin even she is in adulthood now. Here Emily smartly covered the story of Kristin. She is still part of a travelling symphony and she still has the memories of Arthur (the actor one who died at the beginning during the play) in the old paper cuttings and in her mind though. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Apart from Kristin's friends other peoples are related to Arthur's life. The people's who survived through this pandemic have their own past is the mystery which station eleven explores. Readers will surprised after reading about future situation after pandemic.</span> How pandemic will affect the future civilization. Emily explained about the behaviour of people after pandemic. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Station eleven is not just about pandemic, flue, deaths but it also has a bright side. It also shows thoughtful perspective view to a fallen world. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Station eleven states that the pandemic situation might cripple the world but would not destroy it totally. The heart of people still have that kindness, love even after going through the tough times. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">The bond between people will get more strong after the pandemic happens. </p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Back cover of Station Eleven</span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F6uaq8_cSOM/X4fT54oEFXI/AAAAAAAAAqs/AAhooBRqz_g7v23GM_BXvPMDTc9_Q58VACLcBGAsYHQ/s700/images%2B%252831%2529.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="700" data-original-width="438" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F6uaq8_cSOM/X4fT54oEFXI/AAAAAAAAAqs/AAhooBRqz_g7v23GM_BXvPMDTc9_Q58VACLcBGAsYHQ/w250-h400/images%2B%252831%2529.jpeg" width="250" /></a></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weakness of Station Eleven</span></h3><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><ul><li>I think Emily focused on negative things more than the positive ones, which I think is not a good thing.</li><li>This book is totally based on imagination, you can never predict the situation after pandemic, unless you faced one.</li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strengths of Station Eleven</span></h3><div><ul><li>Station eleven best describes the pandemic situation</li><li>The way she used the phrases from star trek movie and other Shakespeare quotes.</li><li>I salute to the imagination of Emily st John Mandel</li><li>I found this book very relatable with today's situation.</li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">Best Quotes from Station Eleven</span></h3><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Hell is the absence of the people you long for.</span></li><li><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">No one ever thinks they’re awful, even people who really actually are. The book published on 28 September 2020. You Must read <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/08/latest-novel-by-chetan-bhagat-2018.html?m=1">The Girl In Room 105</a></b> before reading this book. Its kind of sequel of this book. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">You should also read <b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/08/a-book-by-chetan-bhagat-2016.html">One Indian Girl</a></b> by Chetan Bhagat</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The events in one arranged murder takes place sometime after the events of the The Girl in Room 105. It was also a previous murder mystery by chetan bhagat. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">You can also read review of The Girl in Room 105 here. If you have already read that book then you must now about Keshav and Sorav which are also in One Arranged Murder. There are few references in this book from The Girl in Room 105 but I think you don't need to read that book to understand One Arranged Murder.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">In One Arranged Murder, Keshav and Sorav works at the same company and also they own an agency. Keshav used to surf tinder regularly and hooks up with the tinder matches, in the search of good partner. Basically he is single. On the other hand Sorav is already in happy relationship with the girl named Prerna. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Sorav and Prerna basically bond over their love for food. They both are foodies and thats why they got close together. When Sorav describes his feelings for Prerna, he says that <i>She makes his heart make like a Chocolava cake.</i></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">We know that Keshav and Sorav are best friends but they are not really in the best terms in current scenario because of something happened between them.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">On the night of Karvachauth, Prerna Invites Sorav at her House. She insists him to come and break her fast (which I think is a typical bollywood style) and ask him to come to the terrace of her house using backdoor of her banglow. So was so excited to get to her terrace and when he reaches the terrace he finds that a terrible moment awaits for him. </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GTSmowkmcuc/X4Bxu-kz2BI/AAAAAAAAApw/yFZhSmFrXDMHPnxjkrXGHhw5__XRlRYKgCLcBGAsYHQ/s500/51vJCI2TkzL.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="500" data-original-width="327" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GTSmowkmcuc/X4Bxu-kz2BI/AAAAAAAAApw/yFZhSmFrXDMHPnxjkrXGHhw5__XRlRYKgCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/51vJCI2TkzL.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: x-small;"><b>Back Cover of One Arranged Murder</b></span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview of One Arranged Murder</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">One Arranged Murder was a small book and have arround 304 pages in it. I must say the book is quiet small. First 10 pages in book describes about Sorav and Prernas relationship. After that the book picks up space and it does deeps few times in terms of space. But overall story moves with a good pace.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The writing of this book is very easy and its best for a beginner, who just started reading books. The book does have few twist and turns as far as <i>mystry</i> and <i>suspense</i> factors are considered. Also the books turns unexpectedly at the end. </span></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">One Arranged Murder Weaknesses</span></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The ending of the book is quiet predictable </span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">I found few things weird in this book like, Keshav keeps annoying Sorav and his girlfriend by calling them fat. </span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The story has too much talked about Punjabi families to add fun part in the plot. Chetan Bhagat keeps making commentary about these Punjabi families. But he doesn't mean to heart anyone's feelings. Its just a part of the story.</span></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">One Arranged Murder Strengths</span></h3></div><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">As I said earlier the writting very easy and is best suitable for beginners. Grant Cardone is an American Author. The 10X Rules was published in 2011. The book gives you 10 rules which will help you to achieve great success. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">You can say its a self help book. The book says that you should set a target which is 10X greater than what you can achieve. Most of the people made a mistake in their life, they never set a big goal, they always doubts their ability. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Now this was the one side of coin. The other side is 10X thinking. The book has also covered the earning part. Real cash earnings. You must multiply money by 10 that you think you can earn. You must identify the steps those will lead to achieve this goal. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">10X Rule is about setting big goals and achieving them by following right methods. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Readers also like:</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><ul><li><b><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/09/book-review-how-to-win-friends-and.html">How to win Friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie</a></b></li><li><b><span style="font-size: medium;"><a href="https://www.shopfun4.in/2020/10/the-millionaire-booklet-by-grant-cardone.html" rel="nofollow">The Millionaire Booklet by Grant Cardone</a></span></b></li></ul><p></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">10X rule has total 23 chapters which are able to teach you, How you can achieve any goal in your life and about setting a 10X big goal than you think you can achieve. It also changed my view and the definition of success. </span></div><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The 10X Rule tries to teach yoy how hard it is to be successful in life and to achieve your goals. What efforts does it takes to achieve goals in life. Sometimes you have to do sacrifices in the process but its just a small cost in the path of achieving your set target. </span></p><p></p><h4></h4><h3></h3><h3><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;"><span>So basically what is this 10X Rule</span>. </span></li></ul></h3><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">According to Grant Cardone <i>10X Rule is the holy grail for those who desire success by establishing right levels of actions and thinking that guarantees success and ensure that you will continue operating at these levels throughout your career and rest of your life </i></span></p><p></p><h4></h4><h3><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">What is the meaning of Success?</span></li></ul></h3><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Success is the continuous, never-ending investment in yourself. Cardon described success as a huge lawn which is well maintained. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Also according to Grant Cardon <i>Success is the degree or measure of attaining some desired object or end. </i>Most of the successful people believes that they must continue with their efforts to realise new goals. </span></p><p></p><h3><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Basic Mistakes that leads to failure</span></li></ul><ol style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">Setting targets too low which doesn't carry enough potential in them</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">Underestimating the main pillars of success, like Money, Energy, Resources and so on.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">One of the biggest mistake is, spending more time in comparison with others rather than improving yourself.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Underestimated amount of adversity that required to over come in order to achieve goals.</span></li></ol><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Grant Cardone explained how hard it will be to achieve your goals. Achieving everything 10X than you currently have is depends on how <i>Disciplined</i> and <i>Methodical</i> you are. Without applying required efforts it will hard to achieve anything in your life. </span></div><div><h4></h4><h3></h3><h3></h3><h4><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Success is our Duty</span></li></ul></h4></div></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">According to Grant Cardone <i>Crybabies</i></span><span style="font-family: times; font-weight: normal;"><i>, whiners, and victims just don’t do well at attracting or creating success. It’s not that they aren’t capable; it’s just that people who typically succeed are required to take big actions—and it is impossible to take big actions if you don’t take responsibility. It is equally impossible to do something possible when you are spending your time making excuses</i></span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Mind set plays an important role in achieving your goals. If you're thinking about your self imposed limitations then this is not going to help you at all. Grant Cardon claims that this is the main reason behind most of the people are unsuccessful in their life. </span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Grant said that <i>It is your duty to be successful not just to yourself but for your Legacy, Your Family and Your Future Generation. </i>If anyone wondering that there is a shortage of success, Grant says there is no scarsity of success unlike the manufacturing.</span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Success is an Infinite game using finite rules to play.</span></span></div><div><h4></h4><h3><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">The Four Degrees of Action</span></li></ul></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">Grant says <i>You will know you are stepping into the realm of massive action when you (1) create new problems for yourself and (2) start to receive criticism and warning from others.</i></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Grant says you must take actions in order to get success. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">The Four Degrees of Action are</span></div><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Do nothing. In this degree of action, you’re working to make excuses</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Retreat. In this degree of action, you’re moving in the opposite direction of success</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Take normal levels of action. You do enough to get by (the majority dwell here)</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">Take massive action. You take immense, unstoppable action toward the target</span></li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">First two actions leads to failure, third one quiet better than first two, but the fourth action will lead you to the mastery of 10X rules.</span></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: 400;">The fourth rule is the most important one. It wont be easy to go with it, you will face a massive chain of problems if you go with the 4th one.</span></div><div><h4></h4><h3><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Why Average is A Failing Formula</span></li></ul></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium; font-weight: normal;">Grant Cardone says that Average is an incorrect method. His novels are still famous. <b>Macbeth</b> is one of his best writings. It was first published in <b>1623</b>. After that Macbeth is Translated into many languages till now. Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet are the best books from William Shakespeare. <br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">Macbeth is the story of a loyal soldier who's path was cut by three witches with his partner Banquo. The witches tells them about prophecy according to which Macbeth is going to be king of Scotland. At the beginning Macbeth doesn't believe in those witches. <br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">Macbeth's wife hears all these things and feels Macbeth's mind with urge to be king by killing one. He does the same and became's the king. This incident later on starts a chain of multiple actions which leads a civil war which brings horrible events in Macbeth and his wife's life.</span></p><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Overview</span></h3><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Macbeth is different than other Play's written by William Shakespeare. It feels like more story than the play. It was surprising that how a loyal and great general stucks into the prohecy and commits a murder to fulfill the urge of his prophecy. He dives into the pool of madness and never ending hunger for becoming a King. This urge of becoming king and getting everything brings darkness into Macbeth's life. It eventually breaks his mind. Later on he starts hallucinating. He starts seeing his wife who's trying to shows him what (evil) he becomes. <br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">I don't feel Macbeth is a confusing. Before reading it I heard from different people that William Shakespeare's writings are difficult to read and understand. I think Macbeth has to be honorable and brave but it doesn't feel like that. The novel Macbeth reveals the idea and concepts which no one ever thought about. The book changed the way I used to think about the world. Like the Macbeth everyone has his own goals and ambitions but we should not let us drive on to the wrong path to fulfill those goals. I think this is the message that William Shakespeare trying to give us through this novel or play.<br /></span><span style="font-size: medium;">I don't understand the way Macbeth's wife's charecter behaved. After knowing about Macbeths prophecy from those witches she first get excited about all of this and were willing to do everything to make her husband a King. And she did so, heshe had a blood of the king on her hand. Now after achieving everything she feels guilt. She is going through the strong feelings of regret.</span></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Weakness of Macbeth</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">It could be hard to read and understand this novel for some people</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">I don't like the way he starts behaving after his wifes death. He becomes careless and doesn't cares about him or his peoples</span></li></ul></div><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Strength of Macbeth</span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Obviously it is one of the best play written by William Shakespeare.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">It tails the story of prophecy and how it can lead anyone into the darkness.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">The book Macbeth may help readers to choose between power and ambition.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: x-large;">My Favourite Quotes from Macbeth</span></h3><div><ul><li><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;"><i>By the pricking of my thumbs, Something wicked this way comes.</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Stars, hide your fires; Let not light see my black and deep desires</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Double, double, toil and trouble; Fire burn, and cauldron bubble!</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak knits up the o-er wrought heart and bids it break</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Look like the innocent flower, But be the serpent under it.</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>What's done cannot be undone</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>False face must hide what the false heart doth know.</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Fair is foul, and foul is fair, hover through fog and filthy air</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Things without all remedy should be without regard: what's done is done</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Come what come may, time and the hour run through the roughest day</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>O, full of scorpions is my mind!</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>Confusion now hath made his masterpiece</i></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Merriweather, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: medium; text-align: start; text-indent: -30px;"><i>My hands are of your color, but I shame to wear a heart so white.</i></span></li></ul><span style="font-size: medium;">There are still many more to tell, but these are few selected quotes from Macbeth by William Shakespeare.</span></div><h4><span style="font-size: x-large;">Quick Summary of Macbeth</span></h4></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Overall Macbeth is one of the finest writing by William Shakespeare.
