1. Master Your Mind.

Robin Sharma told that, to improve quality of life one must improve quality of their thoughts. It is not possible to completely remove negative thoughts from mind, but can be replaced by positive thoughts.
It is important to set a goal and achieve it and reach to high levels of potential.
By cultivating your mind, it will blossom beyond your expectations. We must have the key to the gate which allows the information in and choose consciously what kind of information we want to pass to our mind.
Protect your mind by being aware about the information your consuming. That information is getting you to think certain way. When you think a way that is not going to help you to get your goal, you probably not going to do things a certain.
There are no mistakes on lessons. It is the way of thinking based on self respect, appreciation, gratitude for yourself and the world you lives in.

2. Follow Your Purpose.

According to Robin Sharma achievements brings happiness but without setting a goal you won't achieve anything. Make goals, find the purpose of your life write them down on the paper.
By writing goals, we are sending signals to subconscious mind that state this single thought far more important than other thoughts.
It's important to have goals and reach to the high levels. But its its also important to value the journey and appreciate what you have right now.

3. Practice Kaizen

Kaizen is the method invented by Japanese and adopted by whole world. This method tells about continuous improvement and optimisation.
Self mastering is the key to the life mastering. If you master yourself and use the method of kiazen then you can master the external circumstances.
You attract who your are, nit what you want. Its worth repeating on many times.
Enlightenment only comes through the consistent cultivation of mind, body and soul.

4. You Must Live With Discipline

The discipline entreats you to consistently perform small acts, will power strengthening, and development of strength of self discipline.
The more you nurture the embryo of self discipline, the more it matures.
The beauty of willpower is you can approach it with two angles: development of willpower by practicing self discipline and set up systems in your life.

5. Respect Your Time

Time is most important comodity. We all get 24 hours a day but effective time management separates successful from unsuccessful folks. Time slips through our hands like grains of sand and never returns.

6. Serve Others Selflessly

The contribution to the world will also decides quality of your life. Think about What you did for others. You also should practice daily acts of kindness.

7. Embrace The Present
