Plot

This is the story of a great warrior Meghanand, who was elder son of Lankapati Ravan. From the very young age he was taught just taught to be ruthless. He got his education from the greatest Mahagurus.  Meghanand was the one who led Ravanas armi and played the huge role in taking all three lok, i.t. Bhu-lok, Swarg-lok, and Patal-lok. Meghnand faught against lord Indra, he almost defeated Lord Ram. We all know these glorious stories about Meghanand. But there is also another side of Meghnand which Kevin Missal tried to explain in the plot of Ravanputra Meghnand: Prince of Lanka.

Despite being a super warrior, he had a heart of normal man. Once in his life he felt in love with a beautiful girl. The Girls name was Prameela who was the daughter of Naga queen. Prameela knows the truth behind abducting Seeta Mata. Kevin missal have already wrote on Narsimha and Kalki.

In Ravanputra Meghanand: Prince of Lanka, Kevin Missal tried to cover the untold story of Ravanputra Meghanand. Story runs parallel upto pre-climax stage. One part is covering the life story of Meghanand and another part covers the story of Seeta ( Ramayan ). 

Meghanands plot traces him from defeating the Lord Indra to meeting with his love Prameela in Naga lok. The other part of the story talkes about his aunt Meenakshi.  From the very beginning of the story, reader can feel that, this is not going revolve arround Ramayana story. As like other stories by Kevin Missal, you will observe the generosity of Kevin Missals imagination power. He has ability to plot war scenes with the greatest possible way. 

This story of Meghanand is also slightly different than the original one, just like other books of Kevin Missal. The readers are warned that they must not compare this story with original.

Kevin Missal succeeded in developing Meghanand's charecter, as no one talkes about him much in Ramayana. Despite of thinking that, Rakshas did magic, Kevin showed his imagination power by talking about they took help of science for building Vimanas and astras. Kevin plotted war scenes with a very beautiful way, readers can easily imagine thier selves into the Warfield. In the first half of the plot, Kevin missal explained the love story of Meghanand and Meenakshi and her past. In second half the story advances to the end of the novel.
