Summary

The Tower of Nero is the last book of Trials of Apollo series by Rick Riordan. It was just published at 6 October 2020.

The other four books of the series are:

We have already know from these four books that, how God Zeus punished god apollo and send him to the mortal world as a teenager named Lester.

Now God Apollo lost his power, knowledge and position as a god, he must go through few trials in order to regain his position on mount Olympus.

Apollo rescued oracles, fought against the Labyrinth and rescued Oracles again in the burning maze.

Then he traveled to the Camp Jupiter where he faught against evil Roman Emperors.

The Tower of Nero is the last book of Trials of Apollo series. Apollo has to travel to New York to bring the empire of Nero to an end.

This is the last trial of Apollo, if he succeed his powers and rightful position will be regained. He must win this final battle.

Overview

I have just finished with this book, Trials of Apollo The Tower of Nero. I don't know why but it always hearts when you comes to and end to such a long series of book or a long story.

I was connected to the Apollo's character and now I know that there won't be any book in this series further. I was eagerly waiting for put my hands on this last book.

The Tower of Nero has arround 416 pages. I finished this book in single seating, and I loved it. I am not giving you any spoiler of this book.

The Tower of Nero starts with, Apollo and Meg ambushed while traveling. They made a new aly after they got captured.

This is where you can feel Apollo's maturity and his Character development.

Rick Riordan brought all characters together when Apollo and Meg travels to camp half blood.

The Tower of Nero is a fast paced book. When they reach to camp half blood they only has 48 hours to defeat Nero. It is also a action packed book bit it has few comedy and funny moments which makes it a perfect blend.

Rick Riordan has also garnished Meg's character in this book. She's now totally transformed in the journey from The Hidden Oracle to tower of Nero.

Rick Riordan did a fantastic work with The Trials Of Apollo book series. I haven't read his other books yet but I can say that he has that talent to write a perfect Mythalogical Fantasy stories.

Obviously Rick Riordan brought happy ending for our hero "Apollo". As Rick Riordan has already finished building Apollo's character in last book that is The Tyrant's Tomb, Apollo looks fully matured from the beginning of this book.

God Zeus punishes Apollo and cast out him from Olympus. Readers will emphasized with his character as he learnt about true friendship and the sacrifices.

The Tower Nero has that epic clashes between evil and good.

There aren't any weak points of The Tower of Nero.

Strength of The Tower of Nero

Character building of Apollo is awesome.
You will get that typical happy ending.
The plot is filled with action scenes and those nail biting moments.

I enjoyed The Tower of Nero and the whole series of Trials of Apollo. This last book is the most awaited one. The Tower of Nero is the perfect blend of nostalgic moments with character building and action pack scenes.

I am curious and excited about what Rick Riordan planning next.
